Pool Service in Skaneateles, NY

Skaneateles is the westernmost town we serve, at the north end of Skaneateles Lake, and we cover pools in the village and the surrounding lake and country homes with the same services we provide closer to home in Manlius: openings, weekly cleaning and maintenance, closings and winterization, and equipment repair.

Lake-area pool care
Lake breezes, mature trees, and busy summer weekends put a real load on a Skaneateles pool. Weekly maintenance keeps it swim-ready: skimming, vacuuming, emptying baskets, water testing and balancing, and filter cleaning or backwashing. We service saltwater and chlorine pools, inground and above-ground, and offer a lighter plan for owners who already run a robot cleaner and want professional water and filter care.

Openings and closings
Openings run late April through May: cover off and stored, start-up chemicals, equipment reinstalled, pool brushed and shocked. Closings run mid-September through late October, before the first hard freeze, and include closing chemicals, lowering the water, blowing out and capping the lines, winterizing the equipment pad, and installing the cover. If you are a seasonal resident, tell us your dates and we will work the opening and closing around your schedule so the pool is ready when you arrive and protected after you leave.

Equipment repair and pre-purchase inspections
We repair and replace pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems from Pentair, Hayward, Jandy, and AutoPilot, and we offer pre-purchase pool inspections for buyers looking at Skaneateles homes, so you know the condition of the pool and equipment before you close.
